Testimonials

Thanks to everyone at Infero Training for making my VBA course not only an informative experience, but an interesting one too, for what could have easily turned into a "Chalk and Talk" course.

Samer's (the trainer) knowledge and enthusiasm for the content of the course shone through throughout the whole three days, taking what was a complete VBA novice to someone who not only understands how VBA works, but now has the ability to really impact not only my own work, but that of several different functions of the business.

Neville Mellors (Project Consultant) from PMP Recruitment

Prior to the course my knowledge of project was limited. The course delivered by Samer was excellent, he had the time and patience to explain things to detail. This course has opened my eyes as to how much this will be a useful tool for our business.

Richard Hughes (Site Supervisor) from Amco Engineering

I thoroughly enjoyed the MS PowerPoint course, hosted by Infero. Samer is an excellent tutor and made what was new territory to me, interesting, understandable and fun.

We progressed through the training at a comfortable pace and Samer took great care to answer my questions and dispelled any uncertainty before proceeding.

It was clear that Samer has wealth of experience and knowledge and he delivered an extremely high quality presentation which was consistently engaging. He taught me how to undertake lots of new tasks that I can apply to my job role and improve the way I work. He was also able to shed light on tasks that have always been somewhat of a ‘question mark’ to me, like opening a door!

I have happily recommended Infero to my colleagues and look forward to doing another course in the near future.

Stephanie Crawford from Sygnature Discovery

I was enrolled on 2 courses with Infero Training by my employer. Infero’s training course helped me with how to use Microsoft Project 2013+. The course material was perfect for learning and the tutor adapted to my level of knowledge.

The result was that I gained a better understanding to the functions of Microsoft project and its limitations. One thing I liked was their knowledge about the software package as I asked numerous questions outside of the courses content.

I would recommend Infero training to people and businesses that need or wish to increase their level of understanding and marketability with use of these products.

James Neale (Project Engineer) from Lorien Engineering Solutions

The Microsoft Excel 2010 Programming with VBA course was great. The teacher (Samer) was patient and professional, and explained all the contents in a clear and understandable way. I noticed the effects of the course on my day to day tasks immediately, so am very happy with it.

Sheila Bano-Hernandez (Evidence Analyst) from Valpak Ltd

I have just recently changed jobs and thought it was about time I got my excel skills up to speed. Although I have been using Excel for a number of years I found that attending the intermediate course very useful. It has given me a better understanding of Excel and now I am more confident in using it. Samer was a great tutor and made what could have been a boring day a little more interesting.

Sarah Harvey (Assistant Accountant) from QD Commercial Group Holdings

I came to Infero Training as a referral from DWP, so I didn’t actually get a choice in the matter.  However, I'm glad it turned out this way because Infero proved to be very friendly and professional in their approach to training.  Initially I was looking to do the intermediate course, however their staff recommended doing the introductory course first and then the intermediate one, as that better suited my requirements.

Taking both parts of the Microsoft Project 2013 training helped me get from a complete novice to a regular and now proficient user in a very short time.  The tutors were knowledgeable and methodical, and all questions were answered.  A friendly approach helped too.  I would happily recommend Infero to anyone.

I had an absolutely brilliant experience during my time on the following training courses:

  •   Microsoft Office Project 2010 Introduction,
  •   Microsoft Office Project 2010 Intermediate.

The training materials were easy to use and follow, it was also a great benefit that I could take the presentations and booklets home with me after the sessions were over.

The instructor was efficient and thorough in his teaching approach. He was ready to answer questions and the answers were always detailed and practical.  He was exceptionally good at helping to teach the course in such a way that it would meet the demands of my job role and to show me how best to use it for my company’s purposes.  Also because the training centre is located in the Nottingham City Centre, it was easy for me to travel too.

As a final honourable mention the all day supply of tea & coffee, plus a paid for lunch were very much appreciated.  Truly one of the most enjoyable training experiences I’ve ever had!

Melanie Greenwood (Commercial Projects Coordinator) from Nottingham Trent University

The lecture was very good and understood Project very well, and was able to answer most of our questions and quires.  The handout document was very helpful and formed a good source of reference while using Project at work.  Unfortunately the course was so good that it did highlight the limitations of Project for use in my industry but I can now work around these and still get the results I need.

Craig Bonham (Chief Engineer) from Envisage Group

I have recently changed my job and I needed to ensure I could maximise how I was using all functions in  Word/Outlook

The course with Infero was easy to book and supplied you with all the information on the course before the day.  As I had never heard of Infero I was slightly concerned about the course and how it would be projected, however I have to say the courses I have attended have been fantastic, the course can go as fast or as slow as you want it to and there are plenty of activities during the course.

The course tutor was very helpful and made you feel at ease.  Once the course has finished the tutor is available by email if you need any refreshing. I have already booked myself onto a further course.

Julie Smith (Assistant Commissioning Accountant) from NHS Nottingham City CCG

Prior to attending the training course my use and knowledge of 'Project' was relatively superficial. The course, whilst delivered in a friendly and relaxed style, opened my eyes to how powerful a tool 'Project' is.

Phil Hollis from Nottingham Trent University

The VBA course I attended with Infero Training was very informative. It provided me with a very useful skillset that I am now using in my current role for many different things. I also now have a much better understanding of current systems that are using VBA. The enthusiasm of the instructor was great and definitely contributed to the overall experience of learning VBA. I would recommend this to anyone of any level of expertise as it highlights how VBA can help in many different ways throughout many different tasks.

The course was extremely informative and allowed me to gain an understanding of the functions, purpose and impact VBA can have to streamlining programs and processes. The enthusiasm and genuine interest shown by the instructor contributed greatly to the engagement and overall success of the course - I would highly recommend this and any other Microsoft based courses via Infero to anyone at whichever stage of development you may be!

Rob Carmichael (Senior Market Research Manager) from Vision Express

Had a really productive and involving training session on Microsoft Project at Infero training. Course was exactly suited to my needs and delivered by Richard who was fantastic, he even took us down the pub for lunch (soft drinks only were consumed) which is a great touch and makes the day more personal and involving. Highly recommended!

Dave Richard (Transformation Director) from Bellrock Ltd

Infero Training were based at a convenient location for us and was good value for money. This was a very useful introduction to MS Project and has given me the confidence to make a start using this on new build housing projects at Nottingham City Homes. Richard made the training enjoyable and adapted the content to make relevant to my job role. I would personally recommend Richard and Infero Training.

Matthew Wilson (Regeneration Project Manager) from Nottingham City Homes

I completed the Advanced Excel course and found it so good that I returned to complete the VBA course. By chance both courses happened to be on a 1-1 basis and my tutor Huseyn tailored the course to my needs.

The course was very hands on as most of the course involved using the info learned in class and applying it to data supplied by Infero. The workbooks provided were clearly illustrated and had a step by step guide to complete each process.

Gerard Cahill (Commercial Accountant) from Capital One

My SQL Server 2008 sessions were provided on a 1-2-1 basis. Throughout, the trainer was friendly, supportive and clearly knowledgeable of the subject matter, offering real world examples to assist my understanding. The course was run at my pace which also helped, as it enabled me to more fully understand a module rather than simply ‘pressing on'. The course workbooks are invaluable too, as both an aide memoir and a reference for material that may be used less frequently.

Paul Brown (IT Applications Support Analyst)

Prior to Adobe Photoshop CS6 course I had no formal training in such an area but I had some knowledge and understanding of the program and the expectations of what I would be learning. I was greeted with an informal atmosphere which put me at ease as I was apprehensive. All of the resources were available and in depth and I was able to learn in a personalised environment. The trainer was relaxed and clearly knowledgeable and constantly used positive feedback and reinforcement to check my learning.

I thoroughly enjoyed the course and amazed myself at how easily I picked up the software; which is testament to the trainer and his skills at imparting his knowledge. The trainer also gave me advice on further study and recommendations as to my level.

A great relaxed working environment. If I had the opportunity I would definitely use Infero Training again.

Rachel (Sign Language Interpreter in FE/HE)

I chose Infero training due to a recommendation from a colleague. The course booking process was easy and straight forward. I chose to do an MS Access course which was on a 1-2-1 basis with the trainer.

The 1-2-1 method of training suited me as this meant the course ran at a speed that I was comfortable with. Upon returning to work, I had used my newly gained skills to create databases for the logging of our equipment, this wouldn't have be possible without the training at Infero.

The whole experience of using and attending Infero Training has meant that I have placed two of my staff on MS Office courses and I plan to send more staff MS Office training in 2014.

Mark Meade (Divisional Service Manager) from Vaillant Group

The day after taking the Excel Intermediate Course, I created two pivot tables and used several advanced formulas to do, in ten minutes, tasks that would previously have taken me hours. The teaching at Infero is easy to follow, the lessons are brilliantly delivered and the instructors are experts in their field, extremely friendly and endlessly patient. There are just the right number of breaks between concise, targeted modules to make learning as near effortless as possible. The ‘aftercare’ element - a tutor will usually answer your queries within hours - is particularly valuable. A great lunch, too.

Harry Frost (Marketing  Assistant) from Babcock International Group

We arranged through Infero Training for eight of our employees to spend a day off site to help develop their skills in Excel at intermediate level.  From start to finish, I found Infero to be a) conscious of our needs b) receptive to our requests and c) capable of delivering what we had asked for.

To be specific, as a Company we continue to use Microsoft Excel (2003), and having identified a training need, I had great difficulty in finding any of the many training providers in this competitive market who were prepared to offer a competitively priced quotation for a group training session on this version of the software.  Infero not only offered – they delivered!

Attendees, without exception, took a lot from the day and found the content both appropriate and relevant to their needs.  They also confirmed that the tutor was knowledgeable, approachable and had the ability to even make some of the less interesting features of the day, enjoyable.

All have made use of some of the various tips and tricks that they first became aware of on the day and, only last week, I saw one of them making reference to the very helpful book provided as part of the package.  A commendation indeed!

From the initial contact, through the preparation, general administration/organisation, delivery and ‘after sales’ service, Infero were, at all stages, professional and efficient and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Mike Gyles (Payroll & Personnel Administrator) from Homelux Nenplas

Having had no previous training on Microsoft office, I personally felt the need to enhance my (basic) skills and knowledge by enrolling on a course that would cater for my specific needs so that I could utilise these systems more effectively in the workplace.

The course offerings were perfect, as I was able to choose which level I felt I needed to attend (i.e. beginner, intermediate, advanced etc). Suada offered some very useful advice in deciding which course was most appropriate for me having established what level I was currently working to.

Due to the sessions being on a 1-2-1 basis with just myself and the trainer Huseyn, the course was run at my pace, which was ideal as I did not feel there was any rush to cover the agenda in the allotted time. The workbooks were/are excellent as they explained every step clearly, which was complimented by the trainers contribution. The powerpoint slides also clearly illustrated the discussion points we were covering which aided me whilst completing the exercises.

I found Huseyn to be very friendly, approachable and supportive on all three occasions I spent with him.

Although I have not yet had much of an opportunity in utilising my new skills and knowledge on the systems, they will come in very handy when we will finally be upgraded to Microsoft Office 2007 later in the year.

I thoroughly enjoyed the courses and would certainly recommend Infero should the need arise in the future.

Darren Carlin (Operations Training Officer) from TNT UK

The tutor, Huseyn, who delivered the Microsoft Windows Server 2008 course, is very friendly & helpful and from an IT point of view, very logical and efficient. This helps keep the focus on the more complex issues and guides you through all the modules with the least pain.
In fact the training starts with the whole booking process in that the detailed discussion of requirements ensures it suites all of ones needs.

Ian (IT Support Specialist) from Experian

I found the Excel Bespoke Course at Infero to be excellent and exactly the training that I required so that I can implement these skills in my job. I feel the main thing that has directly impacted me so far is the efficiency in conducting analysis and reports.  What used to take me hours to do is now taking minutes.  This is directly down to the effective manner taught to me by Huseyn in which he related the theory very well with the practice so that it became easier for me to apply in my work life.

Examples of what I have learnt from the course coming into practice are advanced formulas, sorting and filtering tables, modifying charts, and I believe macros will play a vital role in the near future too.

 Khalid Tai from Ecotricity (Stroud)

The MS Project training that Infero delivered has proved incredibly effective.  The whole department now has a better understanding of Project; both in the production of clear, concise and realistic project plans but also in each team members’ ability to read the plans and understand the part that each individual plays in delivering the end result.  Target dates are now more frequently achieved as tasks are more easily prioritised and the collaborative feel within the team is better than ever.

Suada’s calm approach ensured everyone was able to understand the training being delivered and also made people feel at ease.  I’d gladly recommend Infero as a training provider and with a money back guarantee, there’s simply nothing to lose.

Richard Kennedy (Business Improvement Analyst) from Specsavers

I was absolutely delighted with the Excel courses that Infero delivered which more than exceeded my expectation. I learnt new ways of using Excel that I can now use in my day to day work to make my work more efficient. Pivot tables were always a mystery to me but now I use them regularly to display HR and Payrol data.

I found the trainer (Suada) to be very patient and she explained things in a way that I could understand. It was definitely money well spent and we would not hesitate in recommending Infero as a trainer.

Lisa Dunstan (Payroll Manager) from Decathlon UK

Infero Training has supported Alight Design Agency team with Prince 2 Training, cover all aspects of the project management methodology, so that our entire team understands clearly the process and their part within it.

The outcome of this has been simply breathtaking, a true transformation in how well and how quickly projects are being delivered, clients are happier than ever with the clarity we deliver to them and our projects always run smoothly, it is an impressive system I strongly recommend both to an individual wanting to improve their project management but also to any Manager wanting to improve and streamline their project management team.

Peter O'Brien (Managing Director) from Alight Design Agency

Thank you for a great training course today. I really enjoyed it and thought you would like to know my emails are all flagged in colours!!!!

Angela Richardson from Range Communications

Since the purchase and implementation of Microsoft Project, manufacture in our workshop is run in a far more controlled manner, leading to increased productivity, lower levels of overtime and fewer late deliveries. Microsoft Project has helped us to stop over estimating our capacity to pull in quick turnaround jobs, which tend to have knock on effects that can take weeks to recover from.  The training that we received was excellent, and enabled us to hit the ground running.  The Infero instructor was from a Project Management background and helped with problems specific to our manufacturing methodology and peculiar workflows.

Mark Wells (Operation Manager) from Transvac

Large Creative had been using Excel for years without realising its full potential.  Suada's relaxed style made the training modules both pleasurable and easy to follow. The training we received on Excel at Infero has proved invaluable to my company.

Steve Large (Director) from Large Creative

Suada presented and adjusted the pace of the course perfectly to match our level of experience.  After the course I felt confident in applying everything we had been taught. I would have no hesitation in using Infero for further training courses.
