We are following the unfolding situation relating to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) very closely and making changes in line with official UK Government and Public Health England.
While numbers of those infected are still relatively low, it is important not to become complacent. It is of vital importance for us to ensure that any and all procedures are in place to support the health and well-being of our customers and staff.
At present, none of our staff or trainers are displaying any symptoms of the virus. For this reason, we will be continuing to run our courses as planned. If anything changes in this regard, we will send out another update.
We are aware that people have been in touch asking what our policy is with regards to re-scheduling courses in the event that they (or their delegates) need to isolate or receive treatment.
If you or your delegates do need to self-isolate or receive treatment for the Coronavirus between now and May 31st (we will, of course, review this date as events progress) we will allow one free reschedule per booking. All we ask is that you let us know with as much notice as possible. Alternatively, you can attend the session via webinar (please see below).
What We Doing
- We take great care to clean and disinfect our training rooms before and after sessions.
- Desks and equipment are wiped down regularly
- Floors and door handles are disinfected daily
- Trainers asked to regularly wash hands
- All staff and trainers are under strict instruction to report any symptoms to medical professionals immediately
- Antibacterial wipes are available for delegates to use
- We have increased the distance between desks in our training rooms
- Limiting class sizes to no more than 10 to mitigate further risk of contamination
What You Can Do
Although I'm sure it goes without saying, for the safety of our staff and other students, please do not attend the course if you or delegates are displaying symptoms of Coronavirus.
Please wash your hands throughout the training day.
As we are providing antibacterial wipes, please use them regularly.
Webinar Based Training
We always recommend classroom-based training as we believe it is the most effective in assisting learning. We do understand however that some companies are implementing blanket bans on travel. If webinar-based training is the only option for your delegates, please enquire as to how we may be able to assist with this.
In line with government guidance, we are continuing to operate as usual.
We will continue to keep in touch with you and follow official guidance from the UK Government and Public Health England.
As an independent business, we are always grateful for your support and we will endeavour to continue delivering our usual high level of service over the coming months.
