A cookie is an alphanumeric identifier which we transfer to your hard drive through your web browser when you visit our Site. For Classroom courses you usually don’t need any equipment, unless we specifically advise otherwise. For Virtual courses you will only need a computer or laptop and Internet access.
Is there ongoing support after completing the course?
